"Back in November when the majority of our populace was stretching turkey necks over choppin' blocks and performing the traditional ritual, Bill Thomas was doing a little chopping-block work of a different sort. Bill's subject was a 2-door '63 Chevy II, and his "hatchet work" involved the removal of the complete nose of the little Nova; fenders, hood, suspension and all. Since then, he has been developing a set of replacement parts which have taken the shape of what could be termed a funny-car "kit" that will enable 'most any builder to clamp on the pieces necessary to turn a docile Chevy II street wagon into a light-nosed match car with a rather eager appearance. So with a few pics and a little tech information, here it is. Give it a look."
